Objective
- Development of criteria for effective teaching
Contents & Format
Informal workshop. Face-to-face classroom and/or on-line practical activities, each one followed by discussions,(see this list of questions).
Some examples of possible activities:
- introduction to a foreign language unknown to most of the participants
- pronunciation activities
- using the Cuisenaire rods to work on grammar
- using Cuisenaire rods to get students to tell stories
- using wall pictures to encourage oral expression
- integrating on-line and face-to-face activities
- adapting the Silent Way to a school syllabus
Participants are warmly encouraged to make other suggestions and to lead activities.
Discussion of the challenges and satisfactions this way of working brings.
A more precise programme will be made nearer the time depending on the expressed wishes of potential participants.

Fees: Before 1st of June: € 75, after that date: € 90.
